  1. AutoCAD desktop icon can automatically load a Profile. Right-click on the icon. In the target slot copy the following: "C:\Program Files\AutoCAD Architecture 2009\acad.exe" /ld "C:\Program Files\AutoCAD Architecture 2009\AecBase.dbx" /p "AutoCAD Architecture (US Imperial)" This will load the profile AutoCAD Architecture (US Imperial).arg

4. Workspaces (saved in Registry): arrangement of pulldown menus, ribbons, toolbars and palettes that are displayed on the screen.
